Apartment I (non-smoking)
This apartment is of 58 square meters and consists of a living and a dining area with a pantry kitchen, satellite TV, CD player and a pull-out sleeping sofa, a bath with shower as well as two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed of 1.80 by 2 meters and one with a double bed of 1.40 by 2 meters). The nice terrace, placed in the courtyard, can be used as well.
Price for 2 persons: 65,-/day
for 3 days and more: 55,-/day

Apartment II
The 70 square meter sized apartment consists of a living and dining area with a pantry kitchen, satellite TV, CD player and a pull-out sleeping sofa as well as a bath with shower, a guest toilet and two seperate bedrooms (size of the beds as in apartement I).
The balcony offers you a lovely view to our courtyard and to the Moselle.
Price for 2 persons: 70,-/day
for 3 days and more: 60,-/day

Apartment III
The flat has a size of 56 square meters and consists of a living and a dining area with a pantry ktichen, a pull-out sleeping sofa, a satellite TV, a CD player as well as a bath with shower and a separate bedroom with a double bed (2 by 2 meters).

for 3 days and more: 50,-/day

Equipment
All our holiday apartments are comfortable with parquet floor and thus suitable for all people with allergy. The pantry kitchen consists of an electric cooker with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. In the adjunct building you can park your bicycle and use the washing machine as well as the dryer you find there. Pets are not welcome. Your car can be parked in our courtyard.
All Prices include towels and bath towels, bed linen and covers and the final cleaning.
Our holiday region
Amongst many possibilities in our village, such as a outdoor swimming pool in the summer, hiking through the vineyards, quiet wine restaurants etc., Winningen is the ideal starting point for going on trips along the river Moselle with many castles. The Vulkaneifel (a region being named after the volcanoes of earlier times) attracts a lot of guests with its crater lakes. |

The Hunsrück and the Westerwald are further hilly regions in the west and east of Winningen which are distinguished by their wonderful woodland—an adventure not only for bikers.

In our wonderfully terraced vineyards grow outstanding fruity Riesling wines. The vineyards Uhlen and Röttgen belong to the top vineyards along the river Moselle. The paths through the vineyards invite you for hiking and offer you a breathtaking view into the lovely Moselle valley. |
