The fermantation as well as the whole vinification takes place in chilled stainless steel barrels in order to preserve the fine and delicate primary flavours. As a result of a professional and conscientious vinification, our wines distinguish themselves through well-balanced as well as filigree-fruity flavours.
The Riesling wines perfectly thrive on a lightly slated soil, which lends the wine a number of minerals and substances which you find in the bouquet as well as in the taste.
Only high quality wines form the basis for our Riesling sparkling wines which are produced in accordance with the traditional méthode champenoise, meaning that the full fermentation takes place in the bottle.
